“Fundraising” for Your Cause at Denver Days!

September 7, 2011 Denver, NC – What could be better than having great fun, raising money for your local community AND raising money for your own charitable cause…all at the SAME time?!? Come to the Denver Days celebration starting Wednesday, 9/28 through Saturday 10/1 and see for yourself how to make it happen. The Denver Rotary club is sponsoring a “Dunk Tank” and we are looking for “popular” people to volunteer to be dunked in a fun and family friendly environment. School principals, teachers, coaches, politicians, policemen, athletes, cheerleaders and civic leaders are all encouraged to volunteer for their communities and special causes. Sign up for a one-hour time slot, and if you’re the person who raises the most money by having your “friends” dunk you, 50% of the money raised during your time period will be donated to your 501 (c) 3 organization.
